In honor of the arrival of our new Yoga Supplies, Controlled Burn Fitness wants to celebrate by inviting everyone to come and enjoy all the Restorative Relaxation classes ( for FREE) during the month of October.

Controlled Burn Fitness Personal Training Sessions and Controlled Burn Fitness Classes combine some of the world’s best body conditioning disciplines: NASM Optimum Performance Training, Pilates, Yoga, Ballet Technique, and Technical Jazz Warm-Up Exercises.

Controlled Burn Fitness Classes are unique, intense, and progressive classes that focus on core-integration, proper skeletal alignment, breath control, and endurance.
While following a general structure, each class progresses with consideration to all levels of participants, and will be adjusted to accommodate the group’s general interest, abilities, physical strengths, and limitations.

Controlled Burn Fitness Personal Training Sessions are carefully designed to help each client reach their fitness goals, all the while paying close attention to essential details such as skeletal alignment, muscular and cardio strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Controlled Burn Fitness Classes are the arena to become connected to our intentions, and to let go of our physical expectations.

Controlled Burn Fitness encourages you to take the time to nurture and explore what your body needs.
