Tea Trails of the Hudson Valley

No doubt you have heard of the famous “Wine Trails of the Hudson Valley”. Did you know there are some fantastic tea rooms in the Valley as well? Even if you are not a true-blood aficionado of fine teas, if you are an independent traveler looking for a low-keyed getaway with a slightly different twist, this itinerary just might fit the bill. Tea Trails of the Hudson Valley is appropriate as a romantic getaway for two or as a girls’ time out for two to four friends.

Your itinerary consists of a four-day, three night self-drive mini-holiday up the East side of the beautiful Hudson River Valley of New York State. You’ll get to stay at three luxurious B&B’s, dine at four exclusive restaurants, sample teas at three special tea rooms, tour two Valley landmarks, and attend one local event. Three nights lodging, three breakfasts, three lunches, three dinners, two attractions and one cultural event are included in your price. Several other activities will be included as suggestions for your free time between venues.

You will also receive a detailed itinerary with map and directions and local contacts in case of emergency. Total driving distance between New York City and the furthest point on this itinerary is approximately 110 miles. Actual distance traveled will be greater due to various stops. Car rental can be arranged for an additional fee. If you prefer to arrive by train from New York City, we will arrange for your rental car to be at the train station in Poughkeepsie upon your arrival. Price does not include gas, tolls, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, train tickets (if applicable), additional items or personal expenses.

Tea Trails of the Hudson Valley is available from June through October. The price of this land vacation starts at $599 per person, double occupancy.
