3rd expansion of building placed within picturesque vineyards that were brought into the family in 1932 to expand the family slaughterhouse as a depression proof business even now we feel comfortable despite the overall outlook as good days and bad all require a drink and even mediocre days can be made to include a nip or eight. But anyhow we're situated in a 50+ acre vineyard as we grow the grapes for many other outlets in the newly formed niagara wine trail. Our winemaker has been in the business since the 70's and is forward thinking enough to expirement with rose's and blushes and other wonderfly sweet libations. A warm family atmosphere and beautiful setting come see us and how far the slaughterhouse has come!
