You can make your own wine! Come to Fall Bright, The Winemakers Shoppe located on the east side of Keuka Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region in central NYS. Our vineyard, Pa'tridge Run Farms, owned and operated by Thomas and Marcy Mitchell, has been providing quality Vinifera, French-Hybrid and American grapes since 1978. Fall Bright carries a full line of winemaking supplies along with grapes and juices in season. Staff and owners can provide full "technical" support, with online winemaking information at www.101winemaking.com. Participants
Anyone can make wine (over the age of 18). Anyone can eat grapes and drink grape juice!

Availability
Local Finger Lakes grapes and juices available during September and October or later, but not year round.

Fall Bright is open year round for online and in-store shopping. Check the web site at www.fallbright.com for current hours.

Essential Information
Bring your own containers, we have containers for sale, but they are not included with your grape or juice purchase.

Grape orders include free crushing and destemming, except for large ton orders. These need to be schedule and a small fee may apply.

Grape orders require a 25% deposit, which may be refunded if your order is cancelled one week in advance, otherwise it may not be refunded.

There is no deposit on juice orders.

Duration
Grape order must be picked up on the weekend first available. They may be held one week with special arrangements. Juice can hold longer.

What to Wear
Casual clothes. Grape juice stains and can come out with boiling water!

Directions
From Rt. 17, now called Rt. 86, take exit 38 (Bath, NY) and take Rt. 54 North. Hyatt Hill is just north of where Rt. 230 comes off of Rt. 54 on the east side of Keuka Lake. Hyatt Hill is on the Keuka Lake Winery Trail. We are 17 miles from the north Bath area, probably 20 miles from your exit #38 off of Rt. 86 (Rt 17).

From the North: Come to Penn Yan NY and take Rt 54 (Lake Ave) south about 13 miles. Turn left on Hyatt Hill. We are 1/2 mile up-hill on the Keuka Lake Wine Trail.

Hyatt Hill is off of Rt. 54, but no such road named Hyatt Hill turns off of the Old Bath Rd. If you take the Old Bath Rd. note that it is County Route 17 out of Penn Yan and County Route 87 on the Hammondsport end and Rt. 26 in the middle Wayne area. (Don't you just love it!?) Coming from the Old Bath Road, turn onto Dutch St. This turn is about 13 miles south of Penn Yan, NY or 1-2 miles north of Wayne. Stay STRAIGHT and Dutch St turns into Hyatt Hill. If you turn right when Dutch St does, you'll never find us. Enjoy the view. WATCH FOR DEER. Have a good drive in. See location on www.fallbright.com
