Visit our sugar house to purchase products directly or visit our web site to buy online. We have 100% pure New York maple syrup, cream, granulated sugar and molded sugar pieces. If you visit during March you may find us actually producing the syrup and you are welcome to watch the process and taste fresh, warm,maple syrup as it is produced. We participate in the annual New York "Maple Weekend" program. During "Maple Weekend" visitors can see maple products being made and get plenty of taste samples, it's a great family event. Participants
Everyone may visit, maple syrup lovers especially. Maple Weekend is designed for families, and there are lots of interesting things to see and learn about.

Availability
Maple Syrup is available for purchase all year, but the production process takes place during March only. The process is highly dependent on the weather, so there may be days when the sap will not flow from the trees and therefore no production can take place.

Duration
We are open for sales all year but the production process is confined to a 6 week period starting in late Feb and ending by early April.

What to Wear
Dress for the weather, it may be cold and wet. All weather foot wear is important.
