In conjunction with the HUGO BOSS PRIZE 2008, select finalists speak about their work and issues in the contemporary art world. A curator introduces the programs and receptions with the artists follow.This event will feature artist, Emily Jacir. Spanning a diverse range of media Jacir’s projects address repressed historical narratives, resistance, and themes of displacement.
Tickets are $10 ($7 for members, students, and seniors).
This program takes place in the New Media Theater of the Sackler Center.
