Chef John Ross is a North Fork legend. His restaurant, Ross', was a North Fork standard for decades. He has played a significant role in defining the Long Island regional cuisine and its particular affinity for local wines.
Although no longer in the restaurant business, John is still active in the Long Island culinary world and has just finished his first book, The Food and Wine of the North Fork. He is an amazing storyteller . . . so prepare to be entertained while you learn!
